“This was a very nice place the host was great very very easy to get around me and my family had an awesome time I would recommend it to families and friends thank you for a such great time”

“Good overall. A bit overpriced for the location but it was Fifa World Cup week so that played a part.”

“It was a good accommodation. However, it was describes as a penthouse, but it was in the basement. The “on site” parking was, in reality, public street parking we had to park blocks away not on site at all. Everything else was good.”

“We didn’t”

“Check in wasn’t great. Apparently there was a glitch with the app so I couldn’t get in contact with the host, but I tried on his personal cell and still got no reply. Got into the room 1 hour late because I didn’t have the codes to the room. The main room was clean and very comfortable. The window has an AC unit which is lovely. The bathroom was okay - definitely not the worst but the shower mat was super moldy so I didn’t use it. Overall okay, 3/5 stars”

“It's right downtown Newark and surrounded by everything which was great. What isn't great about it, is parking... You absolutely can not park on the streets from 12am to 6 am and during peak hours it's very difficult to find parking. The place was pretty tidy and neat. Any issues I had with the place the property manager was quick to respond. I think for the room it was a little pricey but overall a decent experience. Not bad at all.”

“The unit is extremely close to the Prudential Center. Host was extremely quick to answer any questions I had. The unit was clean and came with pretty much anything you could need to show up with just clothes and groceries.”

“It was very welcoming and high quality. It was close to restaurants and Newark Penn. It also felt very safe and secure. The apartment was very clean and also pet friendly.”

“Lots of good food within walking distance. Neighborhood was fairly quiet even on the weekend. Derek, the host was excellent. Really great communication.”

“Very clean, communicative host. Would book again.”

“Great place”

“Amazing location, with plenty of food available near by. Transit stops around the corner. We were a family of 5 and had plenty of space to sleep, and the living separation made it very comfortable to relax and watch some tv without disturbing those that were asleep.”

“We loved this place! Great for 3 teenagers, a 4 year old and a Mom. Really safe, cute neighborhood area. The view of NYC from the kitchen and bedroom is spectacular! Parking was super easy, reserved and secured, off the street in its own lot. Everything was clean, spotless, updated and everything seemed like it was never used before. Everything you could possibly need was in the apartment. Loved how it was decorated!!! Great getaway, loved it!!!! ”

“Everything was clean and tidy and decor was nice! All of us were very comfortable, I would recommend this place to anyone staying in Newark, great place for the price!”
