“I didn’t have the basic things like towels in my room and the elevator was out of service.”

“During my stay there was construction going on and the elevator did get stuck a couple of times. Also they were not serving breakfast due to the construction. The staff is generally quick with whatever needs/questions you may have. ”

“Cat friendly was a big plus Hotel and room were clean. They seem to be doing renovations so some things were not ideal. Bathroom was quite small. There was no ice machine on 2nd floor. Breakfast was good, both hot and cold items. Staff was efficient but not overly friendly. Towels and linens were clean, fluffy and really good shape. Bed was comfy. I would stay there again.”

“Only cold water, no hot water, couldn't take a shower, no tissues. I reserved a non smoking and it was a smoking, ash tray right in the room and smoke alarm was covered in plastic. We both woke up stuffed up and sore throats.”

“If you extend your stay you have to go down to the front desk in the morning to sign a new form and, depending on what time it is, they may not be capable of renewing your keys at that time which means you have to return again later in the day. When they asked if I wanted housekeeping I said yes and, even though I was gone from my room for 12 hours I didn't get it. Then there was a knock on my door at 10 pm when I was falling asleep and I found towels outside the door the next morning. That's...

“Property consists of two adjacent buildings and appears to be under renovation Can only comment on the back building which is where we stayed. Back building has been recently renovated. Our room had been modernized and came with a microwave & minifridge. It was clean, the bed was comfortable, and there was plenty of hot water for showering.
