Welcome to your perfect Cape Cod getaway! Nestled right on the Chatham/Harwich line, this spacious home offers the best of both towns – from charming downtown Chatham to stunning beaches, all just a short drive away. Whether you're here to explore or simply relax, this home is the ideal retreat for families or groups seeking comfort and convenience.

**The Space**
This well-appointed home boasts generous living spaces spread across two floors. On the main floor, you'll find two large bedrooms, each featuring two comfortable Queen beds. Upstairs, the second floor offers three Full beds and a sleeper sofa, perfect for larger groups or families. Additionally, just a short walk from the main house, you'll find a cozy bunk house (available seasonally from May to September) that sleeps 3 with a twin-over-full bunk bed – perfect for the kids or extra guests.

For your comfort, the house is equipped with central air conditioning, and a window unit in the bunk house ensures everyone stays cool. We also provide fresh bedding, though we ask that you bring your own towels for the beach or outdoor shower.

**Outdoor Amenities**
After a day of beach fun or exploring downtown, unwind on the spacious deck, where you can sip a cocktail, read a book, or enjoy the warm Cape Cod evenings. A new solo bonfire pit adds a cozy touch for evening gatherings, and a Weber gas grill is ready for your outdoor cooking. For added convenience, we’ve also added a brand-new outdoor shower – the perfect way to rinse off after a day in the sun.

**Location**
With the closest beach just 2.7 miles away and downtown Chatham only a 10-minute drive, you'll have easy access to all the area has to offer, from scenic shorelines to local shops and restaurants.

In town for a wedding? Our house is located just 2.4 miles from the Wequassett Resort, and ~4 miles from Chatham Bars Inn and the Wychmere Beach Club.

Interested in taking a day trip to Nantucket? Leave from the Saquatucket Harbor in Harwich Port, a 4 mile drive from the house.

**Booking Details**
- Off-season: 3-night minimum stay required.
- Prime Summer: 7-night minimum stay (Saturday-Saturday booking).
- Seasonal Bunk House: Available from May to September.
