“We had a really lovely stay. The house is spacious and located in a quiet area, making it perfect for a relaxing break. It’s also very convenient—close to the train station and just a few minutes’ walk to the beach. The house is fully furnished and has everything you could need. We especially appreciated the thoughtful extras like sauces, teas, and coffee pods, which made it feel even more welcoming. “We have always found our stays at the hotel to be good ones. The staff are very friendly, welcoming and helpful. The rooms are comfortable, parking plentiful and breakfast offers a good choice of food. The hotel is a busy one and there are signs of wear and tear and so would benefit from a makeover, but that does not take away from it being a hotel well worth booking a stay at. We do recommend this hotel to people.”

“Ok but do NOT book in the summer!! Only one room has air con and the heated towel rail can not be turned off! Even with the fuse removed (owner advised we remove). This made the bathroom ridiculous hot which filtered through to the room. Room wasn’t the cleanest, stains up the walls from coffee (I hope) Aircon in all rooms would make it much more comfortable and the rest could be overlooked. Staff were fantastic though.”
