“Very clean, well quipped property. The lay out is exactly as shown in the listing. It is in a great location for access to outer cape communities, but an easy point from which to access the rest of the Cape. One caveat, if you are elderly and/or have mobility issues, (both of which apply to us) the stairs may interfere with your enjoyment of the property. It’s on us that we didn’t consider this before we booked the property as we found the stairs to be a problem. ”

“House was clean and convenient. the kitchen utensils need upgrading, the can opener was quite old and barely worked. I had to buy a pitcher to make lemonade. The beds were very comfortable. It's an older home but comfortable. ”
