“Great location needs more towel rails in bathroom for wet towels & needs a bedside table in large bedroom 1 bedside table in a 3 person room is not enough - the toilet is running after flushing - check the lamps bulbs as some do not work”

“We were in Napier for our daughter’s wedding. There was myself and my husband, my oldest son, his partner and under 2 year old from Queensland and my youngest son from New York. The house was fabulous and worked really well for us all as plenty of space, clean and in a great location, close to the waterfront and where our daughter and family were staying. “I must say the view was just awesome and calming. We noticed that we were in complete silence and we live rural so it was pleasantly bizzare that it was quieter than home. Easy access and enjoyed the beach walks which was 5 min walk.”

“We loved staying at Pohutukawa cottage. The garden was lovely for an Easter egg hunt, and the kids loved being able to run around. Also loved the stack of firewood as the weather was fairly cold the first couple of evenings. Highly recommended for families - can walk to the ocean and the cycle trails go past the front door (plus you can rent bikes from round the corner if the ones if the shed arae not to your style). All round great stay.”
