“This older cottage is very cozy, comfortable and quiet. We stayed during off season so couldn't enjoy walking to local businesses. Most everything was provided, and the beds were comfortable. ”

“If I could give six stars for location, I would. Beautiful solitude in a well appointed home. As long as you don’t mind the wrinkles of being out in the country (limited access to groceries, you have to pack out your trash at the end) the location, accommodations, comfort, and cleanliness are amazing.”

“Such a quiet and lovely place to unwind and do some stargazing. Really nice kitchen with new appliances and dishwater, beautiful tile throughout, and super comfortable beds. Very close to both Zion and Bryce, and other natural spots. The cattle and the horses came up to the fence close to our place, and the pinto enjoyed a good scratch under her chin. Loved it all! ”

“What stood out was that our family had a great time being together. The directions to find the home were very good. The location was perfect for our destinations, Zion and Bryce Canyons. The beds were comfortable and there was enough seating for all at the table. The big screen tv was great. However, the home is in need of some deferred maintenance and the kitchen needs more silverware. ”

“I wish I could have moved in….I felt so at home! Every detail in the place is thoughtfully and meticulously arranged. Upon arrival I was impressed how immaculate the place was kept. The kitchen window is enormous and brings in tons of natural light with a stunning view of the red mountains set in the distance with wonderful grassy yard in the foreground. “Fantastic place to watch the sunrise and sunset! The front porch was used a ton - rockers were lovely. Kitchen was great and seemed well stocked. Thank you for the coffee! I did bring my own but for a drip pot.Note: there wasn't a place to eat in the town until April (we stayed in March). And had to go to Panguich for groceries. A wonderful place to stay away from crowds. Loved the uniqueness of the house - especially the loft. ”
