“I am extremely disappointed with this hotel. The room was not cleaned at all before our arrival. The bathroom was filthy, with hair everywhere, the shower had not been cleaned, the mirror was dirty, and there was no soap. We also found dirty bottles and trash left in the room. The bed linens had clearly not been changed and smelled terrible throughout the entire night. There were also flies in the room, and we could not get rid of them. The pool is beautiful but the sound of the waterfall is very annoying - wish they would have hours during the day when it is turned off for guests who want some peace and quiet while swimming and sunbathing. Staff is kind. The rooms etc are a bit worn, but overall it's an amazing place.”
