“I have traveled to the Mann center many times and have suffered through hard to find parking at their lots and even harder to leave after events due to traffic backups. This apartment is about a 3/4 of a mile walk to the center. It was perfect for us and made our evening concert easier to access and a much better experience overall. “I chose this home because it was close to my son's family who had just moved to the area. It provided us enough area to have our family to visit and our grandsons to spend an overnight. It's across the street from a park and splash pad for them and near places to eat. The only drawback for us was the two different flights of stairs. “Very clean & convenient. We were doing college tours in the area, like Villanova, which was only 5 minutes away, and at the end of the week I completed the Women’s Philadelphia triathlon, which was only 18 minutes away. Dave was extremely responsive when I had special requests and it is a very safe area. The front bedroom is close to the street so on the weekdays there is some traffic noise but there is a white noise machine to help with that. ”
