“The apartment was clean with a small kitchen that would have supplied our needs, however, the location was great and we walked to restaurants so we did not need to cook. Having the Crepe Shop downstairs was awesome!”

“Studio apartment is located on the 3rd floor of the building near Rittenhouse Square. The location is very good with plenty of places to eat nearby, as well as shopping and many landmarks within a 20 minute walk. The area seems quite safe. Beds were very comfortable.The TV remote did not work - there were two and neither worked - so the TV was not used. Three people stayed for 3 days and we each had one face cloth - had to purchase extra. 1/2 roll of toilet paper and 1/3 roll paper towels....

“We had a great time in Philly. The location is walkable to major attractions, and it truly felt like home with amenities like a washer/dryer and a fully equipped kitchen. The key lockbox presented an Escape Room experience during check-in, taking a bit of time to get it open, but check-out was smooth. There are so many great options nearby—breakfast spots, juice bars, grocery stores, and happy hour bars and restaurants. Overall, we enjoyed our stay and wished we could stay longer.”

“We stayed in the basement. It was fine for our needs. The place was clean and tidy. The bed was comfortable. The sofa was comfy. Be prepared for noise if there are renters staying upstairs. We found it to noisy from the people above walking around. The water pressure in the the shower could be better and the shower / tub faucet probably needs to be replaced and that would solve the problem. Overall we were pleased and the owner is very nice. It's just outside of walking distance to the downtown...

“Got there pretty late and used property to sleep. It was good enough for what I needed it for. Didn’t like the door being wide open on arrival as I traveled alone. It was extremely cold as heat was not on. Was able to get heat started in bedroom and remained in there the stay as heat in living room was not functioning. It is downtown so expect some noise. I appreciated the fan for white noise. Bed was not very comfortable but I like a firmer mattress. Bathroom baseboards could be a little...
