“Nice room and balcony, good kitchen unit. Bathroom cramped, you have to stand on elevated tiles while brushing your teeth as it is so close to the shower. Great parking, tough stairs alt uphill road to your room. Ok for us, not so great if you have trouble with that or carrying bags uphill/up the stairs.About 20 min walk from Kotor Old Town, nicer by the water as the boardwalk is very narrow. Good wifi!”

“The apartmani's location was unreal, with a pool and view overlooking Kotor Bay and the mountains! It's a very steep climb to get there, so not optimal for people who have a hard time walking, but very pretty. ”

The location on Expedia is wrong. The agency will send you a GPS location. Be sure to use that!! When you get to that location be sure to go upstairs in the apartment building to find the office. “Great location in amazing surroundings. The amenities need a bit of care (door handles falling off ) and some additions. The name 'Deluxe Rooms' is misleading. It was more like a hostel with bare bones rooms and the washroom (which was great !) across from a public hallway. The breakfast was good, but nescafe' is not a good start to the day.”

“The big downside was a bar/club next door which played loud music until 1am every single day of the week. The base from the music could be heard and felt in our room. Obviously this is not the hotels fault BUT when it is a known problem they should be telling you in advance during check in or write it on their website and maybe hand out ear plugs to show they actually care. “Great staff and lovely, clean hotel! Good breakfast and really great cocktails. Parking situation in front of the hotel needs to be fixed though, as cars were not finding their ways into the parking garage, and were at times blocking and making it hard for us to get to our building. Regardless - I highly recommend this hotel!”

Unfortunately, the service did not match the price at all. We received no help or useful information during our stay. There were stink bugs all over the room when we arrived, and we had to start by removing them ourselves. Since it is located in the heart of the Kotor old city, where GPS doesn’t work as well, you may have to inquire about the property location from the local retailers to find it. Best thing is to call the host when you get in the vicinity of the property.”

“The apartment was as it appeared in photos, very functional and 15 minute walk from Kotor along the gorgeous coastline. For the price and location it is worth it’s money The host didn’t reply to any of my messages about check in until I had messaged multiple times on the website and whatsapp, then was very snippy when i called to ask which room we were meant to check into, telling me he was very busy. We met another couple who had the same issue.”
