âThe property is conveniently located within walking distance from the beach, the market, restaurants and the old town area. The property was very nice and clean, with a nice view. The hosts were very nice and accommodating. They provided us with a lot of useful information. They also accommodated us by allowing us to keep the apartment an extra hour so we could have enough time to return from our tour. We had a wonderful experience.â

Good place to stay nearby Kotor with 10 min walk. Place run by a nice family with friendly dog Ice. We had the green room at the top with a lovely view over Kotor bay. Every day a new crousingship docks the bay. Fun to watch.
Room is small but works for two people, you share the tarrace with room next door but there are separated with some privacy.
Free parking is great (expensive in Montenegro). Wifi best ever bad. 150 mbit down.
AC works nice and comfortable beds.

âLovely staff made all the difference. We arrived early just to drop off our bags and head back out but they immediately offered us to take breakfast and coffee/tea whilst we await a taxi. Rooms are really nice and modern, comfortable and quiet with a lovely view from the balcony.â
âNice hotel in the middle of Kotor's old town. Very helpful staff (got a lot of good tips and upgraded to a nicer room). Tasty local breakfast. Unfortunately the hotel is located in the very noisy area, a lot of night clubs and pubs located just outside the hotel so it is noisy during the night (until 1am or even longer). The hotel provided us earplugs so after the first bad night, other nights were more comfy. â

âExcellent nice, a bit small, but modern and clean apartment. It is a quiet place in the mountains.
Would be nice though to have softer mattresses, power sockets and night light fixtures at the night stands by the bed. Unfortunately, AC is available only in the living room, which left other rooms quite hot during the sunny days.
While property has on-site secured gated parking, it should have a blind spot mirrors. Absence of which already have cased a damage to our rental car.â
âLocation in old town is fantastic, if you like clubbing and partying. Room is noisy and party just below windows is till about 3 o'clock in the night.
We didn't bother much about noise though, we sleep easily.
To be fair I think the guesthouse has 3 proper rooms that would be okay if you're not scared of the noise and poor service, rooms 1, 2 and 3 looked decent enough. Unluckily we had room number 4.
We were mainly frustrated that the room they put us in was not really shown in the photos...
âNegative experience. The room was dirty, facilities broken, e.g.: WC and sink were leaking water. When telling this to the host, he mentioned that rooms are cleaned every day, if that is true (which we do not believe), the standard of cleaning is equal to non-existent. Also he said that someone will be sent to solve the bathroom leakages, but it did not happen. â

"The big downside was a bar/club next door which played loud music until 1am every single day of the week. The base from the music could be heard and felt in our room. Obviously this is not the hotels fault BUT when it is a known problem they should be telling you in advance during check in or write it on their website and maybe hand out ear plugs to show they actually care. The hotel itself is nice, good location, clean but the staff was not very enthusiastic and it felt a bit awkward coming into the lobby. The room was nice, had a fridge, big bathroom and nice beds. "
