Good place to stay nearby Kotor with 10 min walk. Place run by a nice family with friendly dog Ice. We had the green room at the top with a lovely view over Kotor bay. Every day a new crousingship docks the bay. Fun to watch.
Room is small but works for two people, you share the tarrace with room next door but there are separated with some privacy.
Free parking is great (expensive in Montenegro). Wifi best ever bad. 150 mbit down.
AC works nice and comfortable beds.

“The apartmani's location was unreal, with a pool and view overlooking Kotor Bay and the mountains! It's a very steep climb to get there, so not optimal for people who have a hard time walking, but very pretty. ”

“Lovely staff made all the difference. We arrived early just to drop off our bags and head back out but they immediately offered us to take breakfast and coffee/tea whilst we await a taxi. Rooms are really nice and modern, comfortable and quiet with a lovely view from the balcony.”

“We had a wonderful 7-night-stay at MonteBay Perla. Perfect location for a family trip (5km outside of Kotor, with a little beach right in the front of the hotel), nice and kind staff, free parking at the hotel (very practical as we learned that parking can be a nightmare around the Bay, at least in July), magical view from the restaurant, the room was fresh, spacey and clean (we had a Junior Suite in the upper building) with a nice, big balcony. “This place is for my non picky travelers (just to sleep). It is located right in the heart of old town, minutes from the beach and bus station. Erdi was a great host and he was very accommodating, if you need anything, just ask. Good AC! Internet not so great so dont even think about working, just enjoy Kotor. PS. The Balkan breakfast he offers is delicious. PLUS: he has a very nice cafe minutes away. I would definitely come back if Im ever in Kotor again.”

"The big downside was a bar/club next door which played loud music until 1am every single day of the week. The base from the music could be heard and felt in our room. Obviously this is not the hotels fault BUT when it is a known problem they should be telling you in advance during check in or write it on their website and maybe hand out ear plugs to show they actually care. The hotel itself is nice, good location, clean but the staff was not very enthusiastic and it felt a bit awkward coming into the lobby. The room was nice, had a fridge, big bathroom and nice beds. "
"Although it seems to be a new hotel, the standard of cleanliness was not on par. Surfaces like light switches were dusty. Even the chandelier at reception was very dusty. The shower was really grimy in the corners and on the tiles. The telephone and usb port did not work. The food was terrible. Staff was friendly. "
