“Great stay”

“This is a very basic room. Not luxurious at all. I had to lug my suitcase up to the third floor! When I walked in, the room was very hot! The A/C cycles on and off and is pretty loud. The street noise is quite loud. The 2 chairs in the unit need to be replaced with something comfortable. The desk did not explain how to open the door. There were 3 different locks on the door and it took me a while to figure it out. Parking was a challenge ! It is a good location for walking around. Lots of...

“This was a great place to stay! We were here for 6 nights and had a really amazing stay. There was onsite parking (which is huge), and it was very easy to find a parking spot.The location is in the middle of all of the Kona buzz, which made it easy for us to walk around when we stayed in town. The Farmer’s Market was less than a 5 minute walk, and Safeway, Walmart, and Target were all quite easy to get to. “Everything was perfect!”

“We had a glitch with the lock but the owner was quick to respond to my phone call to give us the combo for the manual key, which I appreciated very much. The second bed was very small, the removable shower head line was leaking badly. The stove top and oven were dirty and the fan was also dirty. There was no complimentary coffee. ”

“The place is right in the middle of the downtown and steps away from great food spots and the water! The studio was cute and clean. Owners provided snorkeling equipment and beach chairs and cooler - made snorkeling and beach trips very comfortable! The owner was very accommodative and overall had a great experience :)”
