We ordered delivery and had an issue at the gate with one of our guests (the complex is very strict) and the host was responsive and resolved the issue with us. I loved the customer service and accommodations. I would definitely stay here again.”

“Most of the house was dirty, floors felt like they hadn't been cleaned, turned everyone's feet black in less than 30 minutes of being there. Trash in-between couch cushions. Different kitchen appliances, outlets that didn't work. Host did try to make it right but not much could be done when you've already moved your whole party and their stuff into a house. The counter top oven in the photos is not the same as what is in the house. The one provided was much smaller and resulted in having to cook...
