Pilgrims Barn is tucked in land from Hayle and its three miles of golden sands. Guests are perfectly positioned to explore both coastlines from St Ives Bay to Mounts Bay. This charming and well-presented cottage is a comfortable retreat to recharge after a busy day on the beach. Pilgrims Barn offers both on-site parking and a private courtyard garden, perfect for gathering the family to share a cream tea together.

The living area boasts exposed beams and an open oaken staircase. Cosy up together on the comfortable sofas to stream your favourite boxset on the Smart TV. The kitchen diner is the heart of the home, where the exposed beams continue to frame the vaulted ceilings creating a comfortable space to dine. The granite and beech wood worktops, with a butler’s sink is a nod to the characteristic of a classic cottage shaped by a modern cabinets which house an electric oven, dishwasher, washing machine and fridge.

Upstairs the master king-size bedroom, with its vaulted ceilings and quaint door reveals views over the garden, has an ensuite with rainfall walk-in shower, wash hand basin, WC and heated towel rail. The second bedroom is located on the ground floor with two single beds and ample storage. There is also an ensuite which has a shower, wash hand basin and WC.

Escape outside to the private and enclosed courtyard garden at the rear of the cottage, the perfect place to soak up the Cornish sunshine and enjoy a breath of fresh air.

Access Statement – From the parking area at the front of the cottage, you can step inside the cottage to find your accommodation across two floors, with the second bedroom located on the ground floor. From the kitchen take the narrow steps leading up to the courtyard space which is gently landscaped over a few levels.
