“It is a delightful inn on a hill near Smokey Mountain National Park. The breakfast is very basic "fast food" such as boxed cereal and hard boil egg, juice, coffee/tea. Not fancy, but sufficient. The best feature is the kindness of the staff -- very pleasant and sure to please.”

“Good location and met my needs. Can't comment on the food as I left before it was available. Parking was ample with wide spaces so no worries about dents from careless people. It was hot as blazes and the AC worked find. No complaints.”

“We stayed at King suite and the room was renovated. Great staff very helpful, great amenities, nice landscaping, indoor and outdoor pool were clean and had plenty of sun chairs. Great stay!”

“I think this might’ve been the worst hotel I’ve ever stayed in. There were mold patches on the ceiling dirt in the corner of the bathroom. The shampoo and hand soap containers were empty. There were cobwebs in the room. there were brown smudges on the wall in the bathroom. There were not enough towels for the registered number of guests in the room. Giant paint patches were missing from the wall on the around the elevator there were bugs, both living and hanging from the ceiling smashed. There...

“Great way spend an evening and night! Tents were cozy and roomy and very comfortable. We spent some time in the common area playing board games and having breakfast. All very nice. Excellent service. Can highly recommend and will go again. ”

“Very nice staff with spacious rooms. Cleaning staff was excellent. Breakfast room was very small and cramped when trying to get food and coffee. Food selections weren't great and the coffee imo was not drinkable but tastes vary. Overall a pleasant stay with wonderful balcony views and sounds.”

“The rooms were cleaned and we'll maintained. We had a standard room the first night and a suite for the following 2 nights. Both are good but I highly recommend the suite if available! All room have a beautiful view of the river. The location is excellent with close proximity to the National Forest, restaurants, and walking distance to Ober Mountain.”

“The place its self is beautiful. The location is amazing. What was frustrating is on expedia they dont tell you about the addition security deposit. They also did not give us the code information until we were 10 minutes out. That was frustrating because we through it might have been a scam. Also there were packages left outside. We were asked to bring them in. Thats fine we did no problem but there was no where to put then that was not in our way.”
