“The room was clean and well maintained and check in was a breeze! Had a frustrating time trying to use the TV's (Roku kept forgetting the wifi) but the amenities more than made up for it! Plenty of areas to gather, cook and have a picnic, indoor and outdoor pools and hot tubs, good breakfast and a beautiful location! Highly recommended! ”

“The shower was unusable. It was also constantly dripping. We notified the staff who said they were aware of the issue and a part was ordered. No offer was made to change rooms or discount the rate. Breakfast was decent. Location was great.”

“My husband and I were in Townsend for our grand daughter's wedding. We stayed at Laural Valley Mountain Retreat. We were on the second floor and had a great view. When I booked our room, I had no idea we would be walking up 21 steps to our room. SURPRISE!!!! These are thing you really need to know about when booking. My husband is 78 and I am 76 and have had total knee replacement in both knees. I was also wearing a heart monitor that weekend. Boy did I give it a workout. ...

“Great way spend an evening and night! Tents were cozy and roomy and very comfortable. We spent some time in the common area playing board games and having breakfast. All very nice. Excellent service. Can highly recommend and will go again. ”

“The place its self is beautiful. The location is amazing. What was frustrating is on expedia they dont tell you about the addition security deposit. They also did not give us the code information until we were 10 minutes out. That was frustrating because we through it might have been a scam. Also there were packages left outside. We were asked to bring them in. Thats fine we did no problem but there was no where to put then that was not in our way.”

“The condo was nice, with only minor, cosmetic issues, and the view was beautiful. The roads were steep with a couple of sharp turns more easily navigated by smaller vehicles.”

“We LOVED our stay here. My kids enjoyed the game room and hot tub. If I had one thing that could be improved upon, it would be the hot tub. All the jets didn’t work. My kids still loved it! Would definitely stay again. ”
