“My stay at the Casita is always so lovely. Ive stayed here several times while visiting my dad. The whole place is so thoughtful with personal touches. One of my favorite things to do is paint river rocks for their garden. There is a cute basket with markers and rocks greeting you at the door. “Stay was ok, host was very good at responding and communicating was fast and friendly. The house was not clean we had to wash the sheets they were dirty, clean and mop floors ect…And found dirty undergarments. There was absolutely no water pressure in the shower. We just felt as we spent way too much on something we had to clean, and not shower great or really at all…on vacation. when I left I cleaned so hopefully the next guest gets a cleaner check in. ”

“This is our second year staying at the Oasis Resort (different units). It's lovely and a good location and this particular unit is nice and very comfortable (aside from the sandpaper toilet paper). The check-in process with Vacasa is a lot. Additionally, when we needed help with something during our stay and left a message for the "on-call" person, we never received a callback. Communication isn't consistent - some paperwork gives one set of directions and others contradict that. Can we also...

"We visited the hotel with two young children and had a room with two queen beds. The room was recently updated and looked very nice. Products in the bathroom were great, spacious room, huge plus for a large fridge, coffee maker and ice machine. The pool was heated and large, we had lots of fun! All staff were absolutely amazing and so friendly! Location wise you just can’t beat it, especially at this price. We enjoyed our stay and it was very comfortable and convenient with kids!"
