“No staff on the premises after 430 was a problem. There were codes for everything. Parking codes, room codes, front door codes, pool codes and all of them were different.”

“It is a scam. It is not as advertised. Living room made into the 3rd “bedroom”. You will be charged 80 per person after your first 2 people (including your children or any other family member or friend). No common area for your family or friends to hang out because you have a tiny kitchen (only common area in the house) and the living room has been converted into the 3rd “bedroom” in the listing. “Tower was nice and close to everything.”

“Exactly what I was looking for. Great location and great price.”

“Great place! Clean, close to everything we needed and Jennette responded quickly to questions.”

“Rafael was a wonderful host. He was always quick to respond anytime I had a question. The suite was perfect for our stay. The beds were very comfortable and everything was super clean. We will definitely stay here again on our next trip. Thanks again Rafael!”

“The room was very nicely updated with the laminate floors, newer sectional sofa, and decorations compared to other units I have stayed at in the property. I always enjoy the convenience of being in Tower 1 to get to the MGM Grande Arena that my conference is located in. I also enjoy the exercise rooms and pools for the Signature Towers. The Signature Towers are quiet which is nice way to relax after the craziness of walking the Strip or through the casinos. It is also very easy for Uber pick ups...

“Wonderful host and property. Would highly recommend!!”

“What I loved most about this trip was the communication I had Louis. He was very sweet and understanding. Besides that the room was very lovely, the front desk was very nice, understanding. We had no complaints about the room, we were able to celebrate our Wedding the exact way we wanted to. We will definitely be coming back again. Thank you so much ”

“We had a great experience with this rental! The place was exactly as described. Very clean and nice furnishings. Had extras such as bottles of water and coffee pods to get you started when arrive. The location was convenient. The host was so easy to communicate with when I had questions. I received quick responses and he was very accommodating to our needs. Could not have asked for a better experience! Thank you !!”
