“This hotel is located in a crappy neighborhood. There were homeless and very sketchy men hanging on and around the property panhandling. When my daughters got to their room there was a cockroach on the floor. There were stains on the towels and pillow cases. There are signs of wear if you look closely, scratches on doors, hallway display cases with broken glass. I will never ever stay in this hotel again!! AND they charged us for parking.”

“I did not like how remote the property was to any restaurants or fast food areas. Staff was not real helpful on sharing where food options were located after an evening checkin.”

“I’ve stayed in Red Roof Inns all over the country for more than 10 years. This one was called a “plus” which is usually quite nice. Not this one. My room was disgusting! When I arrived, I noticed the room had been sprayed to cover a smell. Not weed. I know what weed smells like. It was something else. The wall had dried blood specks. There were shoe imprints on the desk. The curtains were hanging off. The bathtub was old and filthy in need of scrubbing. The walls and doors were badly painted...

“Nice room. Bathroom clean. Very clean oveall. Staff at check in was really helpful. Breakfast was excellent. Coffee available all day and it's really good.”

“Very dirty suite room, hair in shower, cracked sink in bathroom, broken molding in bathroom, broken toilet seat. Very poor service at front desk. This hotel is very out-dated and needs a major renovation, would never recommend this hotel. ”

“They don't really have a 'in house restaurant with drinks and food'. It's a coffee counter under the Starbucks logo. When we checked in Sunday afternoon it was closed - we were informed it would open at 7 am, they only do breakfast. When I came down again the next morning it was still closed, and I was informed that 'for the time being they are closed on Monday' - they said it was a staffing issue. “Nice place parking kinda sucks feels like going to a packed shopping center. AC was kinda loud. Only had couple instances of loud people making noise but overall nice place.”
