“Very clean and nice rooms. We never received the bottle of wine that was supposed to be offered as a VIP benefit, but there were fresh apples instead. The bed was very comfortable and the bed linens were lovely. The bathroom was fresh and nothing was missing, except for toilet paper refills. It’s unbelievable how all hotels tend to be stingy with this. The towels were very small, but we received new ones every day. The staff is fantastic and provides great service. Very nice bar!”

“Mycket bra läge, nära till stans bästa shopping, restauranger, tågterminal och busstation och turistinfo. Även gratis upphämtning vid hotellet till färja mot Rottnest Island, detta gällde endast ett fåtal hotell i stan. Mycket hjälpsam personal som gjorde det lilla extra, vi kände oss mycket väl bemötta! När vi checkat ut fick vi bra hjälp med bagaget då vi behövde organisera om detta, fick en egen våning där vi hade tillgång hur länge vi ville, flera timmar efter utcheckning. Städning på rummet...

“Bästa hotellet! Serviceminded, fräscht, nytänk och härlig atmosfär. Öppen och obemannad bar där en betalade vid utcheck, underbar top roof bar. Härlig frukost med mycket nyttiga alternativ med Hembakade scones som var magiska! Supersnyggt hotellrum! Det enda för dem som gillar att göra sina behov privat borde veta att det är glasdörr mellan toalett och sovrum med en härlig glipa, men vi såg charmen i detta och vill ge högsta betyg! Cyklar finns och att tillgå och många restauranger runt hörnet! ”

“The min u walked in to checkin and till u leave, nothing to complain. Check in was super easy and fast. Room was clean and exactly what described. We hv kitchenette facilities so we used them. super convenient for us to have quick breakfast before we explore Perth and a relaxing home cooked (room cooked) dinner after a long driving trip. “The room was very nice with a balcony great views, room was very clean and spacious. There was a loose metal strip (carpet tread) that was loose, which could be a hazard. minor fix. but the room itself was very very nice. and great location with great views, lovely walk along the water front. parking can be a bit awkward when you first arrive as its not very clear where you go or wait whilst you go up and check in and get a parking pass if you have organized parking with the hotel. but when you...

“Typical example of design before function. There is no bathroom door, the toilet seat is placed literally next to the door to the hallway, with no privacy at all, you better knock before entering… And there is a window, but you cannot see outside, it is frosted, and of course it does not open. We were offered to pay extra for an upgrade, but we declined. Not really prepared to pay extra for a bathroom door that should already be there?”
