âStaff were exceptionally friendly, room was serviced beautifully on a daily basis, studio apartment was much more spacious than I was expecting. Thoroughly enjoyed our stay and will definitely stay there again.â
âPerfect leocation next to Kings park and close to the free CAT-bus. Ok room even though it was smaller than we thought. The gym was a joke (supersnall) and the parking was one of the most tricky one ever to get in to. (Small and narrow) Ovarall good and nice.â
âComfortable bed, lovely hot shower, lots of different lighting. Close to the heart of the city. On site restaurant. Lovely little courtyard area off the room. Pillows were a bit flat, bathroom was a little cramped in the toilet area. Parking was a bit cramped.
Overall a great short stay hotel. â
âWell though out space. Accommodate my family of 5 easily. Good kitchenette facilities that enabled us to have a couple of simple meals in the comfort of our own home away from home.
If anything could be improved, they could install better shower doors as the water from the rain shower kept splashing out. â
âSpent one horrible night at this hotel in the company with several cockroaches in room 103. Unfortunately we did not agree with the manager to what extent cockroaches is a "normal phenomenon" in hotel rooms. Grateful to Hotel.com, since they partly compensated us. Never again!â
âThe staff, from manager to housekeeping, treated us like long-time customers. Restaurant staff ev n asked when our last day was because they wanted to express their appreciation. Well located and hotel staff worked as a team. â
