“We. Had a lovely holiday right near the beach had some lovely walks. The accommodation was very nice and clean. The owner was excellent and very accommodating if we needed anything.”

“The property and garden are perfect if you have a dog. If you don’t , its clean and not at all doggy! We’ve visited several times and love it. Good proximity to an unspoiled beach and Rye nature reserve.”

“You can only rate everything with the most stars. The hostess is something you couldn't ask for. It got dark quite early for this time of year. No problem at all; we returned around 4:00 pm, enjoyed a pot of tea in the living room, and felt right at home. The Christmas tree greeted us upon arrival. We felt completely at ease from beginning to end. It certainly won't be our last visit.”

“Perfect accommodation for a quiet country getaway, with a very comfortable bed, excellent shower & generally very well equipped, clean & maintained to a high standard. We liked the pretty garden. Were slightly concerned on arrival that it appeared to be in the middle of nowhere but were impressed to discover the excellent Jempsons superstore nearby which has lots of local produce & everything you could possibly need. “Clean and warm cottage in the center of town, very quirky but a nice environment, it is on one of the few roads running through Rye so does suffer from some traffic noise although not too intrusive. Everything was in order on our arrival so all in all a nice place to stay. ”
