“Cozy cottage on a busy road. Nice backyard for the dogs, and access to a beautiful property across the road with fields they could run in. Frank is a very responsive and thoughtful host. We were very comfortable in the main floor bedroom suite. ”

“We had a great time. The tent and toilet were clean. We appreciated the water provided and the cookware. The only thing to note is that there is a bit of walking on a rocky trail before reaching the campsite (not next to the parking spot). The river was fun to explore but can be difficult for younger kids to get to. The campsite is close to Minnewaska State Park, very convenient. ”

“Property is gorgeous, comfortable, and in nature. There were deer on the front lawn and we even saw beers passing by behind. Amazing! We were there through some bad weather and the house was cosy and warm - and prepped for our comfort on arrival which made all the difference.We spent a day hiking in Minnewaska Nature Park which was beautiful and just down the road.”

“Communication was very good. For the most part, we had an enjoyable stay. There were a couple of deficiencies during our five nights. We were unable to regulate the temperature in the kitchen/living room area, even though we set the thermostat to 80. The temperature never warmed up and it felt quite chilly but we managed. On Wednesday, December 31, 2025, the smoke detector in the second bedroom where I was sleeping sounded at 5:50 AM. I contacted the property manager, who got back to me a little...
