“Went there for a wedding party and it was a great place to stay. But obviously it's in the countryside.”

“Stayed at the Ivy Hill Hotel for a couple of nights visiting family for Christmas. An excellent hotel for a quiet break but within easy reach of London. Staff were fantastic. We had an evening meal in the restaurant and breakfast - both very nice. We were given a room upgrade and it was more spacious than our previous visit - very comfortable. Would definitely book again.”

“Bokade hotellet för en weekend i London med min syster. Personalen var så himla vänliga och omtänksamma! Bra städat och låg väldigt bra till nära Forest Gate station. Dem sålde även engelsk adapter för bara £5. Det enda som hade kunnat göra hotellet ännu bättre än det redan är, är om dem hade haft lite mer valmöjligheter på frukosten. Vi är supernöjda med vår vistelse! Stort tack till personalen för ett så vänligt bemötande! ”

“Lansbury Heritage Hotel is fantastic. It's starting to look a little bit run down in the narrow and small lobby, but the rooms are fantastic. Great water pressure in the shower, space in the minibar for your own stuff, great beds and lovely pillows, great lighting system that allows you to control everything from the bed. It's difficult to get here with lots of luggage, you'll likely want to get the DLR to Poplar even if you travel with the Elizabeth Line. I'd happily return!”

“Nice hotel with comfortable stay. Very little sounds from outside. Very nice service from the lovely staff. The breakfas was a bis basic but it had all the essentials (filter coffee with choices of milk inc plant milk; cereal, fruit, toast, jam..). One thing they could improve is to have reading lamps by the bed. ”

“Very nice place in a beautiful village. Breakfast is excellent and all persons working there are so friendly The room we got was also very nice but very warm and the window could only be opened a bit… that is the only negative. Will come back!”

“We booked this for its closeness to the O2. It ended up, not that accessible for the O2, the outside of the building and area isn’t the best but the room itself made up for it, spacious, modern and very clean. So overall, great value for the price ”
