"Det tog över en timme att få min beställning från roomservice. Vid poolen tog det 30 min att få min drink då personalen inte kunde göra den själv. Maten (utöver frukosten) var ganska smaklös och i gigantiska portioner. Skön säng och kuddar, trevlig och gullig personal. "

"There was no running water in the entire hotel. We were told there was a water outage in the entire neighborhood. You would expect that a hotel such as Holiday Inn would have a reserve tank especially since water outages are not a novelty in Johannesburg. We were told the hotel was providing complementary drinking water in our rooms and would also provide water for baths. In a family room for 4, there were two 330ml water bottles. Reception wasnt picking up calls from rooms. Overall, not what I expected from the hotel. I hope this was a one off and that they would normally handle all of this better. "
