“Fantastic stay! The room is actually a lot better than we expected. The mattress is so comfortable and absolutely so big! Love that everything is walking distances and having places to eat, drink and shops just downstairs where you don’t need to leave,, and very close walk to the beach and alys beach, one complaint I wish they had a full body mirror. The location was on the west end of the Rosemary Beach area, closer to Alys beach so nice and quiet at night and not so busy! “We enjoyed our visit tremendously and wished we had stayed longer. The walk to the beach was easy, unless you were pulling beach cart and cooler. Seemed a little long at that point as we are both over 60 yrs old. But everything else was wonderful. The pool area is super clean and inviting. Noise level was extremely low and enjoyable. Would definitely stay again if in Seagrove Beach.”

“My only beef is I think owners should provide more instant communication other than email. We always did when we were owners. Also you should not require guests to wash their dishes if there is no dishwasher. We cleaned them very well but there is no guarantee your guests will do a good job washing their dishes.”

“There were only a few negatives and they were minor so I'll list them first. There appeared to be a small amount of water damage behind the bed, below the A/C unit. There was a long hair on the floor of the shower when we arrived.Aside from that, we believe the room offers good value for its price. The location is the clear and above greatest benefit. You're a very short walk ( 2 minutes) away from a small grocer, shops, drinks and food. The tram stop to the beach is ride outside your door....

Every detail was just as described on the site, and concerns were addressed quickly, with property managers responding effectively via phone/texts. We enjoyed a relaxing three days here. Seacrest Beach-Unit 300 is on our list to return again for another visit soon!”
