"Fint boende med bra standard. Gick inte att beställa något vid poolområdet. Men poolen var fin och ren. Vi fick säga till om frukosten som skulle ingå. Personalen borde ha delat ut våra frukostbiljetter utan att försöka sälja på oss frukost som vi redan betalat för."

"I had one of the worst hotel experiences ever at Embassy Suites by Hilton. I arrived at 11 pm after a long day of travel, only to be told my room had been given away and that they were fully booked. Yes, you read that right—despite having a reservation, my room was gone. No apologies, no solutions—just a dismissive handoff of a letter from the staff at the desk, who couldn’t have cared less. To make matters worse, instead of arranging accommodations at a comparable or better hotel (as any decent establishment would), they dumped me in a crappier hotel without any consideration for the inconvenience they’d caused. No attempt to compensate, no regard for my situation—just a “too bad, here’s your new place” attitude. This was beyond unacceptable."
