“Mycket bra bemötande av personalen som gav god servis. Rent och snyggt. Lantlig och skön miljö. Ett bra hotell för en lagom peng. Något liten variation på frukosten.Läget är perfekt för den som sett svenskbygden och är på väg mot tex North Dakotha eller tvärt om.”

“There was nobody at the front desk when we arrived at 7:00pm. Rang the bell and someone in the back yelled " Be right there" with what sounded like a mouthful of food. Check in went normal and i said thank you as she handed us our room keys but she said nothing in return. Breakfast was so awful. The coffee tasted like the pot hadn't been cleaned in years, it actually tasted moldy. There were what seemed like microwaved scrambled eggs and sausage links along with waffles for hot food. “Breakfast was huge with many different selections. All staff was pleasant ”

“Asked for a lake view, no response from the kid working the counter. Was not greeted, felt as if we were interrupting his phone scrolling. Asked if the shuttle could take us to the casino, all we get is "Uh, huh!" Couldn't find the ice machine, didn't dare ask where it was. However, the lady at the counter in the morning was extremely pleasant and happy to help with our needs.”

“The room had very few amenities, not even glasses supplied in the room. And there was only one washrag and one hand towel in the room. And the bath towels supplied were very small. In addition I had to ask for a channel listing for the TV as there was none in the room. Additionally there was no information book supplied showing for instance fire exits and other amenitiesl”
