Vi är en HomeAway betecknad "Premier Partner" och det är därför.
St Andrews Common villa i Palmetto Dunes. Ligger exakt mitt i den 16 mil långa Hilton Head Island. Perfekt tillgång till allt. Privat utsikt över det 15: e hålet på Fazio golfbana. Dra runt däck med soluppgång och dagtid horisonter. Flera av våra upprepade gäster har använt sig för att kalla det "Trädhuset"; med utsikt över de levande ekarna till banan. Se till att du tittar på videoklippet i avsnittet Foto ovan. Det är det tredje "fotot".
Dramatiska välvda tak med ett sovrum (King), ett gäst sovrum (tvillingar) och en fullstor loft sov två. Generösa fönster som ger bra ljus. Visas i frukostrum, WiFi, Hi Def TV, tvättmaskin. Detta är en av endast ett fåtal stora St. Andrews enheter. 1542 kvm. Fötter med 3 separata och kompletta sovplatser. Andra våningen, väldigt tyst.
Gemensam pool 75 meter bort, cykelleder, tennis och pickleboll, 3/4 mil till havet. Strandbuss tillgänglig under säsongen. En idealisk familjesemesterplats och PET-vänlig.
Palmetto Dunes har tennis- och pickleboll i världsklass; och det är bara 10 minuters promenad bort. Om du är en golfare har det allt. Tre vackra banor inom plantagen: Arthur Hills, George Fazio och Robert Trent Jones, verkligen en av öns främsta spår.
Gillar du att äta ute? Närområdet har flera fina restauranger på gångavstånd och ön är en varm bädd med ständigt föränderliga alternativ.

Clean and quiet

This place was very clean and exactly as described. Super close to the pool (which my kids loved) and a short ride to the beach. The property is very quiet and everyone around was friendly.

Property was amazing. Mike was easy to reach and very responsive. About a mile walk to the beach and 10 minute drive to many golf courses. We cook a lot on vacation and the kitchen was fully furnished which hasn’t always been our experience. The villa overlooks the 15th fairway on the Fazio course which provided great views when we were relaxing on the deck. Highly recommend.

Hilton Head Perfect

We wanted a comfortable place to call home for two months that was close to beaches, shopping, activities. This was perfect. Great area with friendly neighbors, near Palmetto Dunes pickleball, lovely view of the golf course. The condo had everything we needed and enough space for the two of us. We felt that we were enjoying a home - not a beach rental unit! Mike, the owner, could not have been more helpful or friendly.

Good Stay

While the property owner was easy to contact, he informed us the night before our arrival that the washing machine was broken and would be for the week of our stay. Nothing was offered to us as compensation and we were directed to either shop at Belk or seek out a laundromat. We requested extra towels for the week and after a few additional reminders, they were delivered. Issues happen and things break, it's how they are dealt with and this should have been handled better.Upon arrival we came to find out that we had to incur another cost for an additional vehicle--we had 2 cars to park for the week. Not a huge deal, but an annoyance on arrival and something we have never run into renting inside Palmetto Dunes - be aware of this in the fine print of the final contract. The property is good. However, the beds are uncomfortable and the furniture could use updating. The renovated kitchen has limited pots/pans/utensils/mixer for cooking. The TV is set up nicely, with login information and plenty of sites for you to use, however, the TV is small for a family to enjoy a movie or a game. The WiFi was spotty, there were several days it did not connect but the owner did try to correct the issue by calling the provider.The place has wonderful views and it is very peaceful. I recommend the stay if you have small children but it is not a place for more than 2 adults to fit in comfortably, without extra costs and inconveniences.

Our Favorite Vacation Spot!

We absolutely love this villa! We decided to rent the same one two years in a row! It’s seriously the most beautiful place I’ve ever rented and the location is central to everything! We love the pool for St. Andrew’s Commons and we had an absolute blast this past week! It was hard to fly back home to Buffalo, NY!

I loved your condo. It was perfect in every way, from the wonderful stocked kitchen to the beautiful porch. Family fun on Hilton Head Island

Second stay - we’ll be back!

Love this unit in Palmetto Dunes. Lots of space for our family of 4 to spread out. We really appreciate the updated kitchen and new floors in the living room and main bedroom. Very relaxing to sit on the deck with beautiful views of the golf course. Short walk to the pool. Neighbors were very friendly when we encountered them, but unit is private. Great bike paths through out the community. Can’t wait to return!

Unforgettable Stay!

The owners were amazing from the time we booked (months ago) until the very end. The villa is exactly what it looked like on the VRBO website and it was so quaint! We loved every minute of it! Great stay in the treehouse!

What a warm and welcoming home. It was perfect for our family of five and our dog! The beds were comfortable and the kitchen was well-equipped. The pool in this community is the best we’ve seen in our 15+ years of visiting the island. Mike was great at communication, as well. Thanks for a fantastic werk!
