“Great location walking distance to all locations in Hanoi old quarter.
They upgraded my room and got with a balcony.
Very big room.
Special and big thanks to Ms. Anna for her excellent service, and she is ready to help with anything you need.

“The hotel is in a great location on a little side street with very little traffic. The staff were very helpful and recommended what to do in Hanoi. The stairs and the common restroom were pretty dirty and worn and there was no soap either, and there were these little tiny flies in the elevator aswell. The room was kind of nice though and were clean enough but pretty old and worn out. The best thing was the beds. They were really comfy. The breakfast was alright even though you needed to walk...

“I stayed at two different hotels in the Old Quarter, and I prefer this one. The hotel is located near Hoan Kiem Lake, making it very convenient for exploring the walking areas. Despite being in such a central location, I sleep well here and don't hear any traffic noise—which is especially important when staying in the Old Quarter.
The breakfast is good. I particularly enjoy the sweet rice, fresh fruit, and Vietnamese yogurt, which isn't too sweet. They also serve pho, which is a nice touch.”

“This hotel has a great location in the city centre, close to everything. Other than that it doesn’t live up to the standard and the women in the front desk told us twice to leave a good review. It’s okay but not more than that. Not sure how they got all the great reviews and their star rating? Mystery to me…”

“Only stayed 2 nights, but the experience was amazing. I gave 5 stars for everything. You have to experience their curtesy first hand. The Sol roofbar is really nice too. Great view. Close proximity to the lake and the districts.”
