“The hotel is very nice and located in the Old Quarter close to many attractions and restaurants. It was also very convenient to be picked up for tours. The staff are very accommodating and very helpful. The hotel arranged the transport from and to the airport for very reasonable rates. The manager went out of the way and spent much time in helping us resolve the issue of an incorrect date of birth of one of the travellers on our group. The staff were always smiling and welcoming when we met them...

“3 custom tailors yards away from the hotel. Amazing coffee shop directly across the street. Easy walk just a few blocks to Lake Heim. Hotel has a perfect location for tour bus pick at front door. "The hotel is in a great location on a little side street with very little traffic. The staff were very helpful and recommended what to do in Hanoi. The stairs and the common restroom were pretty dirty and worn and there was no soap either, and there were these little tiny flies in the elevator aswell. The room was kind of nice though and were clean enough but pretty old and worn out. The best thing was the beds. They were really comfy. The breakfast was alright even though you needed to walk like 100 meters to a different hotel because they don't serve breakfast at the Lotus Boutique Hotel. For the price, the stay was pretty decent I would say."
