“We had a full house for a Nationals Dance Competition at Margaritaville Resort. The house was very comfortable for our large group of family and friends and the neighborhood is conveniently located. The large kitchen allowed us to cook at home at our convenience. The dock was fun for fishing and the upper deck was perfect for watching 4th of July fireworks! There was plenty of space in the driveway for all of our cars. The country club pools were nice and even had a kiddie pool for the littlest...

“Great stay and lots of fun. My family stayed here for 4 nights. It was clean and conveniently located to Lake Conroe and dining options. The property was fantastic, relaxing but with lots of stuff to do. Family really enjoyed the giant tortoises as well. I would highly recommend staying here. ”

We had everything we needed and it was so much more homey feeling than a stale hotel room. The outdoor living area and yard was so pawfect. My pup can attest to that. He wouldn’t get in the truck when we were packed up and ready to leave. I would rate our accommodations 100 ⭐️’s if I could. Myself, my hubby, and my Rowdy pup highly recommend staying here. “We had an amazing stay at this lake house. Had everything we could possibly need and more. Kids absolutely loved the game room, fishing and swimming. The neighborhood pool was nice and easy to access. 10/10 would stay here again!! ”

“The house was very clean, air worked well check in was easy. We did drive back to the Hog Heaven. If we had ATV’s it would have been nice to check out the trails. If I needed a home in that area I would definitely stay there again.”

“Our family of 5 stayed here to end the summer before school started. This home is the perfect location for good lake swimming and the kitchen was stocked with every utensil and cookware needed to make our meals daily. The primary bedroom was quite a bit warmer than the rest of the house but that could have been user error. Terry is a wonderful host and is very responsive! We would stay here again!”
