âWe had an amazing stay. The hotel staff was amazing and the room was clean and as nice as expected. The view from the balcony was hard to beat and the location of the hotel is fantastic both in terms of transportation and attractions/food nearby. â

âExcellent location in Old Town!! Very close to the Chapel Bridge, lots of restaurants, the train station, and Lake Lucerne. We stayed there for 5 nights and took a few day trips, so it was great to be within walking distance of the train station. The hotel was really nice and clean, and the staff were helpful.â
âA small Grand Hotel older style hotel in the centre of Luzern. Liked the parquet floor in the room, the large window facing the lake and the overall ambience. Easy access to public but Luzern centre is just a few minutes walk away. Plenty of variety for breakfast and a very comfy bed.â

âWe absolutely loved everything about this apartment. The location is extremely convenient and the city views from inside the apartment (especially the view of the church) was beautiful. A lot of space for our family to stretch out , we traveled with two teenage girls and it was nice for them to each have their own bedroom. The rooftop patio was our favorite feature as you enjoy panoramic views of Lucerne. Hands down the best experience. Highly recommend. Communication with the host was...

âClassic hotel in the centre of the old town in Luzern. Swiss quality and standard, clean and well maintained.
Friendly staff. Skipped breakfast this time but I know from my past stay that it is good.â

"Smutsigt och nedgÄnget hotell som skulle behöva en totalrenovering. Som exempel var toaletten vÀldigt smutsigt med avföring kvar i toaletten och allmÀnt smutsigt pÄ olika stÀllen. LÀgg dÀr till en incheckning som tog mer Àn 45 minuter.
Det ska sÀgas att jag visste att detta var nÄgot av en budgetbokning, men detta var ett boende som det Àr skamfullt att ta betalt för. "
