Holiday Home The Beach House in Dugi Rat is completely newly renovated house just a few steps to the sea. It is equipped with modern furniture dominated by stone and wood. The interior tells a special story about stone and wood, paying attention to the smallest details. On the ground floor there is a tavern with a fireplace, a kitchen, a dining room and a toilet. On the first floor of the right part of the house there is a living room with access to a balcony with an open view of the sea. The living room is also serves as a bedroom with an bathroom for two people. The living room has a movable partition that instantly turns the living room into a bedroom and provides complete privacy. There is an outdoor dining room on the balcony. There are two rooms on the first floor.

The house offers a unique experience of a luxurious holiday by the sea itself. A small shop is only 20 m from the house where you can buy basic groceries as well as bread and pastries. The bus stop is also 30 m away. The nearest restaurant is 800 m away, which you can reach in a 10-minute easy walk along the sea. We live nearby and are at your disposal if you need us for anything.
