Sunshine Surf Shack - Oceanfront 4 Bedroom Home - Great Views!

Located on a quiet street, this 4 bedroom, 3 bath magnificent north side of an oceanfront duplex is a fabulous place to watch the beach tides ebb and flow. Nestled atop lush dunes and accentuated by lovely tropical décor, you'll feel like you are in paradise.

Step inside the welcoming tiled entry way and leave your worries behind. You’ll find everything you need for a great family vacation just upstairs in this elegantly decorated tropical home. The open concept living room, dining area and kitchen, located on the first floor, ensure that everyone can hang out together. The modern kitchen includes updated appliances and a large counter bar with granite top and seating for 3, while the dining table seats 8. The spacious living room is comfortably furnished and includes a large flat screen TV for movie night, and large windows with plantation shutters to bring in the sunshine. Access the oceanfront deck by a door from the living room.

Your vacation rental is located in the heart of Topsail Beach and just 6.4 miles south of the Surf City high rise bridge. You can walk to the gift shops, restaurants and Jolly Roger Pier. Also, don't overlook a trip to the nearby Missiles & More Museum while you're here and the Karen Beasley Sea Turtle Hospital on the mainland.

Great Place

Great location and the house layout was terrific. House was clean and overall setup nicely. Had a wonderful time and we rate it as one of the best places we have ever stayed before at a beach. It was our first time at that beach so it was just a great overall experience.
