“This is the ideal location in Kona. Centrally located and the fact that there is parking makes it a great place to stay. The unit itself is nice and is equipped with everything needed for a stay. However, I personally had too many issues with checkin, ants in the kitchen and no one getting back to me it detracted from the holiday. “The floor wasn’t clean in the kitchen. And there were ants in the room halfway through our stay, although I am sure that is just part of the island process. The Hot Tub was a little bit misrepresentative. It was basically two people that could sit in the smallest thing I’ve ever seen possible smaller than my bathtub, but I also didn’t spend much time in it. The pool was supposed to be open till 10. They closed at 9:41 our day of arrival we just wanted to get in the hot tub and relax.”

“This place is so cute! It's clean and well stocked. All the appliances are new. The lanai is private and shaded. Shopping, restaurants and gas are all just a minute drive away but you feel further removed. There is a bin full of beach necessities; chairs, boogie boards, noodles and more. Management was fantastic from start to finish. We didn't use the pool but walked by. It has plenty of lounge chairs and is well cared for. ”
