Guest access
Check-in begins at 4 PM, and checkout is at 10 AM. During your stay, youâll have exclusive access to the entire unit, allowing you to unwind and enjoy a truly private experience with no shared accommodations.
One Free Parking stall (max height: 6 ft) is included inside the building's Parking garage from the 2nd to 5th floor. The building's Parking garage entrance has a sign posted indicating the maximum height limit of 6 feet, so please note that if your vehicle exceeds this height or is oversized, Parking is not permitted. Also, ensure that you park only within the boundaries of the assigned Parking stall.

NOTICE:
The Association of Apartment Owners of the Waikiki Banyan will be renovating the recreation deck from April 7, 2025 through June 30, 2026. The entire recreation deck will be inaccessible, including the swimming pool, hot tubs, playground, and barbecue grills.
Work hours will be restricted to 8 a.m. to 5 p.m., Monday through Friday. Noise is expected. We apologize for the inconvenience and thank you for your understanding.
