Great location, pros outweigh cons, would stay here again in the future
My family of 4 (toddlers ages 2 and 4) stayed here for 9 nights Pros: -Great location, easy 5 min walk to Waikiki strip, ABC store and zoo close by -Parking is included!!!! (floors 2 to 5), we never had a problem finding a parking stall any time of the day, it was great, huge savings in our pocket on having parking included -Spacious, my kids had room to run around and play in the living room -Views were spectacular, diamond head view and ocean you can see the surfers and waves in the ocean -24th floor, so didn't hear much noise outside when windows are closed -Condo right next to the elevator, so easy to go in and out of building -Amenities included gym, pool and BBQ area -AC and ceiling fan in living room and bedroom were great -Host provided plenty of towels, toilet paper, paper towels, blow dryer, most kitchen necessities - water temp was great Cons - Although it was clean when we arrived, the condo was a little outdated (the pictures need to be updated) - definitely needs some loving care from the host as things needed to be replaced like the bedroom curtain (ripped), balcony chairs and tables were rusted, one of the kitchen bar stool legs were broken (dangerous to sit on), toilet paper holder was already broken on arrival - carpets should be replaced to something easier to clean, for this day and age, it would save so much headache from the host - light bulbs didn't work in the bedroom so we had to do everything in the dark when we arrived (late check-in)

Fantastic location
Nice cute little condo next to Waikiki beach and the shopping row. Balcony was nice, place was clean, and more than we ever needed. Only complaint is that it was annoying to check in, get the pass, go back downstairs and park the car to go upstairs.

Great Apartment 2 Blocks From the Beach
We had a great stay at this apartment. The view from the balcony is fantastic with sights of the ocean and Diamond head. Its also a great location only 2 blocks from the beach and walkable to many restaurants. The parking is also super convenient if you have a car. Some of the furnishings and interior are a bit dated, but it didn't impact our stay. We would definitely stay here again as it is a wonderful beach apartment with full kitchen and free parking.

LIght in the bedroom was not working. Carpet was very dirty with lots of stains. top door lock system was not working with some broken parts on the door lock system. Looks unsafe and dirty so I could not stay and just left the property and sent to Vrvo with all the pictures taken to request full refund and booked different hotel

Amazing location
There was a misunderstanding at the beginning on my end, but aside that it was wonderful and would highly recommend it if visiting Oahu! Walking distance to the beach and many shops!

Hawaii vacation
The views were amazing. The condo served our purpose. It gave us a homebase. A place to cook our own meals. Eat, sleep, and refresh between outings. That was really all we wanted. My only recomandation would be for better pillows and some pool towels.

Family vacation
Property location was perfect, it was easy access to restaurants and shops. We've stayed at this property multiple times but this was our first Vrbo rental. Unit could use some updates to feel a bit more of a family home. Otherwise love it and definitely will stay again.

Good, clean, condo for someone looking to stay close to close to Waikiki. The free parking is great for a rental to get out of the city and see more of the island. Hosts are are easy to access.

Great location, minimal apartment
Had a few issues with our stay, but once we identified the issues, they were remedied. AC was one of them. Easy to locate, walking distance to Waikiki, clean but miminal.

The View!!
This is my fifth time staying in this neighborhood and I love this location the view from the condo was beautiful!!! Diamondhead and ocean view !!the unit is perfect for a small family . We we’re 3 and it was the perfect the size! check in was so easy and a plus was the free parking !!!! felt very safe in the building too. There’s ac but the ocean breeze kept us cool. Loved having coffee in the spacious lanai.

Good Place
Apartment is very good but it would be better without the carpet, its much easier to keep it clean with flooring or tiles. It would be better if the apartment had dinning chairs, the wooden stools are very uncomfortable to sit on and too high for the counter. The bedroom needs a dresser for clothing. The view from the terrace is very nice and the apartment is very quiet even though it's next to the elevators. We would definitely come again in the future. Thank you

We enjoyed staying at your condo!! It was clean and what we expected from the VRBO website. The view of ocean was good and Diamond Head was very nice. The walk to the beach areas were only 3 blocks with an ABC store on the way. There were plenty of eating places within a 20-30 minute walk. Access in and out of the parking structure was easy. Our room was right next to the elevators. Some people found the condo location to be rather noisy due to the elevators. Yes there was some noise but we did not find it distracting. By 11pm it seemed to be quiet and with our bedroom door shut any elevator noise did not bother us. If you are a light sleeper this could be a problem. The condo would be tight for 4 people but could be done. The condo did not have any beach chairs to use and with being near 70 years old we needed some chairs for our beach time. We purchased 2 chairs from Walmart and left them in the unit when we left. The towels bar was missing in the bathroom and the towel bar on back of door should be tighten. The electric tracking for the bedroom fan should be reattached to ceiling. Overall it was a great experience

This room was terrible. This room is located near the elevator it’s extremely noisy from elevator.
This room is extremely noisy from elevator . We can not sleep whole night. We reserved 4 nights but we cancelled 3 nights but they charged penalty.

A great stay aside from elevator noise
Such a great location. We enjoyed everything but the elevator noise. This unit is next to 4 elevators. It can be noisy with hall traffic from guests coming in and out of the the elevators and this unit basically shares a wall with the elevator shafts so there is a lot of noise as the elevators go up and down. Other then that the unit is good. Beautiful view from the deck, on the quiet side of town and a nice stroll to the beach. Also easy access out of Waikiki to the highway.

Positive points... Very good location. Very nice view. Very good big size apartment, well equiped. Great to have a parking space included. Quiet place, much less noisy than others in Waikiki. Easy and fast to comunicate with rental agency. Negative points... Some little things to fix in bathroom (painting). Dust on air conditioning grills. Dust on the big ceiling fan. Small coffee maker. Would be good to have the option tu put TV in the bedroom.

Cozy Space
This was a clean apartment. No bugs, easy to throw trash out, convenient parking. It could use more seating in the living room. The setup may be for more Asian vacationers as its a modern layout and design. The beds are both full size and didn't really work for 2 adults and a child as well as I thought it would. Great location to walk to food, beach, and shopping!!

Clean. Fabulous view. Good communication with agent. The beds were comfortable. The only reason I haven’t given five stars is the sofa was uncomfortable to sit on and the kitchen had no stocked items, not even salt.

We enjoyed our stay. We donated two boogie boards for future guests to use. I would suggest using the closet in the bathroom to store things like beach chairs, boogie boards, a umbrella and a cooler (you can rent umbrellas at the store on the 5th floor and get beach towels from the 4th floor). Might be time to invest in more dishes as there was only 3 bowls left when we arrived.

I thought the condo was great and the location was convenient. The view was marvellous. I would certainly recommend the property to anyone visiting the Waikiki area. In addition, the beach is within walking distance as well as many of the downtown shops.

Not too shabby!
This condo is exactly what the pictures post. It’s in a good location to the beach and Kuhio Ave. Only a block from public transportation. We enjoyed staying there for the most part and was probably better then other small condos. The only disappointing part is not having some things available even though it’s a private condo. There were no BBQ utensils to use, would have been nice to at least have salt and pepper available as we bought all of our groceries, access to more garbage bags not just one, and better stools. The stools are not comfortable to sit on. I would recommend the condo to others but make sure it’s what they are looking for.
