"Tvålpumpen funkade inte, toarullehållaren var lös så rullen åkte av. Fick ny tvålpump snabbt. Trevlig och tillmötesgående personal. Dock väldigt trög toalettdörr, svårt/tung att stänga. Samma sak att splola toaletten, fick ta i ordentligt för att kunna trycka på knappen. Oftast 2-3 ggr"

"Clean bathroom but had no make-up mirror. Cold room since the radiator did not work.Asked the reception for if they had a table make up mirror but they had no extra.Also told about the problem with the cold room an got information that someone should look at it but when I came back in the afternoon the radiator was still not working. For the room rate you expect better service."

"Ren och fin! Prisvärt hotell nära Terminal 5 med bra buss kommunikation (Buss 703). Hotellet är ny renoverat med Engelska ny klassisk känsla. "

"Låg väldigt bra till nära in till centrum vackert bredvid Themsen. Kul att se alla som rodde på Themsen, vi hade rum mot floden. Rummet var i två våningar med tre trappsteg emellan. Inget hotell Jag skulle rekommendera för de som har svårt att gå i trappor, vi hittade ingen hiss!"

"Really lovely hotel with charm and personality. Room was spacious, bed very comfortable and proper window blinds made the room dark for sleeping. Breakfast was really nice, basic range of alternative but everything was nicely cooked and of good quality. Lovely setting by the river, lots of restaurants nearby and a 5-minute walk to the main shopping street. Would definitely recommend this place to a friend!"
