âOur family stayed at this property for almost two weeks. The property was clean and was taken care of. The hospitality crew were incredible and checked on us with whatever we needed. The breakfast items were available even when we were running late before Ms. Doretha closed. The taco happy hour in the afternoon was a hit for my kids. Anne had suggested more activities for the kids. Overall, I was happy with our stay and will definitely stay again!â
âWe booked this hotel for one night based only on previous positive reviews on Hotels.com. We found out that all good that was said by others was true.
We used the hotel's busines centre computer to order tickets for an event in Chicago, but it turned out that we could only pring e-mails, not PDF files. Panic! Did we just waste over 400 USD? The lovely ladys Tammy and Paula did everything they could to help us with our problem, and after a while they succeeded in printing our tickets. Service...
âThe desk staff were very friendly. Maria, who on duty when we arrived took the time to jcome to our room to help us use the TV remote and was even more helpful solving the issue had with logging onto the hotel's wifi.
My two complaints is one, not having two elevators, and two, having an ice making machine the second floor in addition to one on the third floor. Otherwise, we were very pleased with our stay there.â
âThis hotel cost is fraction of those in downtown Chicago. It is also conveniently located between Michigan and Chicago. 35-min drive to downtown Chicago. Save time to drive back to Michigan. Breakfast is very simple with limited items. I wish they offer Oatmeal rather than Grits. â
âI've stayed at this hotel before. I had no problems checking in. Able to use digital key. Breakfast is included and it's reasonable. The hotel is near highway entrance. Targets, Walgreens, Jewell stores are nearby. Plenty of near restaurants to choose from.â
âWe enjoyed our stay. Room had everything we need. Very clean. Pillows were comfortable but bed was a little hard for our liking but not terrible. Would definitely stay again! â

"As a swede, my opinon is that hotels in US can differ so much in quality, but this hotel is really a gem! Very clean, fresh and a great feeling everywhere. Friendly staff, great gym and in general a high quality experience. We booked with breakfast, and the breakfast is worth its price. Overall, a really great experience!"
