“Our family had a wonderful time at Maplewood Haven. The house was as described...it was unbelievably clean, the bedrooms were ample size, the living, kitchen/dining areas were just right and the porches, fire pit area and hot tub patio were perfect. The sound of the stream and crackling fire were so relaxing. We hope to visit again.”

“The property is a lovely cabin with great outdoor spaces. Hot tub worked properly. House was clean and pictures were accurate. Host was responsive. We experienced zero issues and would book again. ”

“House was very cozy and nicely appointed/equipped. Nice location, even though there are multiple houses in close proximity, it was very quiet and peaceful. Tonya was good to deal with. We had one small issue with a leak in the roof during a torrential downpour that stopped as soon as the extreme rain did. All in all, nice and peaceful weekend.”

“What a great property and home. We saw all kinds of wildlife there. The home has a lot of information of what to do around the Bedford area. Clean and comfortable place to stay. Just remember to bring bug spray, the area all around has a lot of mosquitoes even in Bedford. ”

“We stayed for 3 nights. Secluded cabin on the side of a hill up a gravel road from the main road. You could see neighbors, but they were not close. This made it very peaceful to sleep and sit on the great front porch. Although it felt remote, we were less than 10 minutes away from the main entrance to Lake Raystown and 20 or 30 minutes from the Allegrippis mountain biking trails. The cabin itself was clean and comfortable with plenty of room for my family of four and would have fit more...

“This cabin was perfect for our Fourth of July weekend. There’s a big pool, horseback riding, a big pond and creek for fishing and the cabin comes with a fire pit and grill. We brought our dog and cooked over the fire every night. The cabins and grounds are very clean and well kept. I would highly recommend this place!”

“Thanks for removing air freshener! The good and the bad are the distance from town. Some of the quietest nights I’ve had in years. It rained most of the time so we played games. Never turned the tv on. Comfortable.”

“This is a comfortable, small house on a gravel road in the woods near Blue Mountain State Park. Kitchen is well furnished. Property manager Tori was very helpful when we couldn't figure out how to switch from a/c to heat. A great back deck with shade from big trees. Mostly quiet--an occasional car goes by on a bigger road nearby, and one afternoon there was target practice or fire crackers. A good place to relax and get away, but the wifi works if you want to be connected.”
