"Cobwebs in the corners of the room and very dusty around TV and back of bed, but overall OK. Only hot items for breakfast were a waffle machine and gravy for biscuits. (So great if yer a kid or a cowboy, I guess.) But no eggs or nongravy meat. (Fortunately, there's a decent McD right next door.) ..."
