“It tooks us about 30 minutes to get the informacion on how to get in the resort and our tent. The jacuzzi didn't work and worst of all the A/C stopped cooling on day 2. Put in a request for maintenance, they told us it was after hour. We asked that they come checking in the morning. No one came, no one called us. Nothing. We ended up leaving and going to a hotel room to stay cool. It's a shame that it is being ran this way, the place has a beautiful setting.”

“Clean rustic cabin. No frills but everything you need. I would suggest a grab bar in the shower but everything else was fine. Helpful manager. We enjoyed the fishing. Would have done more but it rained.”

“Its located right on the water. The cabin was clean and as described. All the essentials at hand. Ms. Pat was very hospitable and prompt with what few questions we had. I was able to fish out on the docks like I planned and hung out atthe pool . Overall experience was great. We will definitely return”

And we asked her how she knew and she said because you’re the only one I haven’t met yet! She was a blast, and the spot on lake LBJ is prime! “My grandchildren have not experienced camping in a tent. I wanted them to experience sitting around a picnic table rather than a living room, everyone sharing one room, one bathroom for all of us, no screens for most of the day, few appliances. All was accomplished! Management was responsive to all needs and offered solutions. The property feels the pinch of no available workers. I find that is everywhere!”

“We had a great 4th of July weekend right in the water at the studio cabin. The water was cool and refreshing, the sheets and bed were cozy, and customer service was 100% on par. “The cottage was nice and secluded. There were lots of deer and Johnson city is adorable. There were lots of ants on the “porch” part of the property, lots were dead but they were still there, I am sure it’s just because it was hot and summer time in hill country. My only complaint is that the window unit was not enough to keep up and keep the cottage cool. The hosts were very communicative and everything we needed was available. We enjoyed our weekend there”
