“Fabulous property, amazing hosts and well stocked for home cooking away from home. We had a wonderful time with the children walking to the beach and playground everyday. Great food in Littlehampton and plenty to keep us busy. Thank you for such a cosy cottage with an excellent hot shower and comfortable beds. More than happy to return here again .”

“We stayed at Happy House in Roedean for a few days in mid-November. It was a terrific experience. The house is beautifully placed, about a mile and half away from Brighton Town centre. This gives the home a sense of apart-ness whilst being in easy reach of the town. The house is tastefully decorated and features everything that one would need for an excellent stay, including parking. It also benefits from unspoilt views of the sea.”

“Absolutely amazing place to stay. Ten minutes from the front and town. Loads to do on the south coast. And the holiday let it’s self well what can I say but it’s perfect. Set on top of a hill with views for miles, quiet even though a working farm. Pigs and chickens to make you smile. Beautiful cottage with everything you may need, stunningly decorated and maintained! 10/10! Couldn’t recommend any higher. A MUST STAY!!!!”

“A wonderful tucked away cottage. It has a lovely little garden where my daughter was able to work with the sound of birds to keep her company. “Booking was super easy and the host was extremely helpful and went above and beyond for us. They had supplied us some tea/coffee/sugar/milk wine and few bits which was lovely. The bed description for rooms isn’t as shown but the host had messaged me saying 2 beds downstairs so this really wasn’t an issue for us. The sofa beds not that comfy so I would say 6 people max but this in no way ruined our 2 night stay. We were missing one duvet and the host got this sorted straight away with no...
