Detta hem erbjuder ett 100-tums vattenytor med gott om parkering. Bredvid den långa uppfarten är massor av extra utrymme perfekt för utomhusspel. Det finns en eldstad som ligger perfekt intill däck med utsikt över vattnet. Hemmet är ett ljust fyllt specialanpassat hem med 4 sovrum på övervåningen, 1 sovrum på nedervåningen, ett våningssäng, 3+ badrum inklusive ett spa som solrum utanför befälhavaren och tvättstuga. Höga tak erbjuder stora fönster som visar vackra Lake Hamilton. Under trappan är ett lekområde perfekt för små barn som är fullt utrustade med leksaker. Ett stort däck beläget direkt utanför den öppna planlösningen vardagsrum / kök / matplats erbjuder gott om sittplatser utomhus, eldstad, bord och soffor för den ultimata platsen för avkoppling.

Terrible Experience – Unresponsive Host, Reservation Canceled Upon Arrival

Booked our stay for family of 14 (grandparents, cousins, etc) 4 months in advance. Received no communicaition from host except for requests for payment. 2 days before our arrival, host sent door code and check in instructions. 4 hours before our arrival, host (without identifying themselves) sent a link via text, outside of VRBO, asking us for a security deposit. When we arrived at the home, door code did not work, and host would not respond to messages on VRBO or phone calls at the number listed on VRBO. We finally called the number from whence we'd received the strange text, asking who they were. They identified themselves as the host, and demanded the deposit before they would give us a door code which worked. We contacted VRBO, waited on phone for an hour, transferred to a higher up, waited another hour. We sat at the home for 3 hours trying to find a solution. After we escalated the complaint with VRBO, host canceled the resercalled and threatened us,

Great for Large Family Gathering

Exactly as described! Rooms were great, especially the bunk room for kids. Our family lived on the nice big deck and really enjoyed the hot tub and kayaks. Appreciated that the kitchen was adequately stocked to have enough of everything, like coffee cups, for all guests. Would definitely stay again!

Nice house

The house was a good size for our large group. Well equiped with kayaks. Good amount of dishes and glassware. House stayed cool despite high heat outside. Plenty to see in area. Did not have dish soap. Only 4 dishwasher pods and 2 pods for washing machine. One bathroom had no hand soap. I would recommend higher quality toilet paper. Overall great space and would recommend.

Lake Hamilton golf HQ

Spacious, clean home w/ cantilevered deck on the water w/ double washers/dryers. Hot tub worked perfectly. Good kitchen equipment/appliances/glassware, plenty of linens. Double coffee makers w/ carafes was a nice touch. Place needs some character and a softer feel to it (comfy chairs/couches), end tables, and tables between chairs. Roku was slow, but the house WI-FI was perfectly speedy. We enjoyed our stay there.

50th anniversary celebration

We had our whole family here to help us celebrate our 50th wedding anniversary. The proximity to the lake was great! Kids could swim several times a day. The lake toys were well utilized. The size was just right for our group. The play room under the stairs was the favorite spot of our four granddaughters ages 3 - 6. The large deck was fabulous.

Wonderful

We have stayed at Kent Bluebird five years in a row. Every year has just gotten better and better. We love the house. It has space for all 18 of us. It’s appropriate for adults and children. The lake is wonderful. It is in a beautiful Cove that is peaceful and safe for the kids to swim in. We will probably be going back again next year. The communication with the owner is highly efficient. She answers me instantly. It is a Wounderful house. I would recommend it for anyone.

Merry Christmas to Us!

This is a beautiful home that will not disappoint. The listing is very accurate right down to the towels in the bathrooms. We book something every year so that our extended family can enjoy a Christmas weekend together. This was, by far, the best weekend yet. The home was spacious enough for everyone to have their own private room. The open concept of the living room and kitchen made it possible for all of us to be able to visit during cooking, eating, and tv watching. This home is definitely on my list for a return visit.

Enjoyed our Stay!

Very nice property. Excellent communications with the host. Wonderful beds and linens. Lovely large tables to enjoy dinner and/or games in the evenings. Nice view of the lake. Kitchen was well stocked with appliances for use. This would be an ideal home for a large family. We were a group of women and thoroughly enjoyed it as we each had our own bedroom. Quiet neighborhood. Nice outdoor space. Unfortunately, we had to cancel our pontoon ride from the home due to very cold temperatures. But that is a lovely add to the property possibilities. Highly recommend this property!

Beautiful!!

Inside the property was very good, everything was nice and clean. We enjoyed our stay. I personal couldn't enjoy the outside as much because of the spider's & webs, others with me had no problem with the outside at all, but overall the whole stay was very good. Beautiful scenery! I will recommend this place to my friends. And will book it again one day.

Beautiful home on Lake Hamilton with tons of room. There is the cutest little playhouse for children under the stairs! We loved the outside seating and the beautiful views of the sunset. What a wonderful place to stay!

Family Weekend Getaway

The property is very nice and it’s very roomy. Perfect for large crowds. Plenty of amenities and a fully equipped kitchen. The property is directly on the lake and has great views. The playhouse for the kids under the stairway kept the kids busy for hours. Another plus was having access to 2 washers and 2 dryers instead one set. I would love for our family to visit this property again. My only complaint was that the refrigerator was not working properly and it was hot throughout the house but I am aware that it is summer. We had to utilize the fan in the master bedroom at night to try to keep cool throughout the night. Also, the property description said that it would be two jacuzzis and it was only one. Overall, this is a beautiful property.

2nd visit and planning a 3rd

We have 13 people in our group and the layout is perfect for us. The large kitchen and open floor plan is great. We love sitting on the large deck and swimming and floating off the dock. Walmart is a five minute drive so stocking up or multiple trips is easy.
