New Build - 2023, Peaceful, Wooded Retreat with Two King Beds and XL 2-Car Garage

This beautiful new build will make you feel right at home. Furnished with 2 King beds and a Twin XL over Queen bunk bed (all with high-end hybrid mattresses and a TV in each room), everyone will sleep comfortably. You will find everything you need in this beautiful, fully furnished cooks' kitchen. It was built for gathering family and friends and it shows, right down to the last detail……everything in this home is brand new!! Front has a wraparound porch, and back porch has a fireplace and beautiful wooded view. Guests are welcome to park in the extra-large two-car garage. In the Garage, you will find many recreational tools for your Use! List includes Pickle Ball and Paddles, Walking Sticks, Fishing Poles and Tackle, Rockhounding tools, Beach/stadium chairs and Golf Clubs/ Putt-Putt Clubs and Balls, as well as Bucket Golf.

Early/Late check in and check out may be available upon request!

After parking in driveway, you will need to walk around the left side of the garage to get to the front door.

Hot Springs Village is the largest gated community in North America and has a variety of amenities that can be enjoyed by all who visit. With 8 public golf courses, 11 Lakes, miles of bike and hiking trails, pickleball courts, tennis courts, indoor and outdoor pools, fitness center, mini golf, playground, outdoor basketball courts - Something for Everyone!

Guests can only enter through 2 of the gates - Be sure to read the instructions carefully to ensure a hassle-free commute and check in. 

The world-famous Hot Springs Bath Houses & Spas, Oak Lawn Casino and Horse Racing are all only about 30 minutes away. 

This is a NO Smoking, NO pet policy rental!

NO parties! Quiet time is after 10:00 p.m.

Hot Springs Village is a gated community located about 25 minutes from Hot Springs. You will need to stop, show the gate guard your booking confirmation, and they will give you a pass for your car. These are the only 2 gates that guests are allowed to enter through. You are in the mountains and cell signal could be hit or miss so we strongly encourage you to print the directions.

INSIDE THE VILLAGE -

You can purchase a "5 Visit" pass card. This is an easy and inexpensive way for you to sample some of our most fun activities. The passes can be purchased at The Coronado Fitness Center, POA (Property Owners Association), or our Remax office. You get any combination of five visits to these Hot Springs Village recreational amenities:

The home was beautifully furnished and stocked with everything needed, unusually well stocked I might add. Neighbors were friendly and one couple came over to meet us. Quiet neighborhood. Enjoyed our stay.

Homey

You ask my son he says homey, my husband says he loved walking in and seeing all the windows and the openness. Me I loved the decor and everything about the house. Loved being able to sit out front on the porch and in the evening sitting on the back porch with the fireplace. The master bedroom and bathroom simple but elegant-gorgous. We loved the location 7 minutes from family. This place was perfect. We will keep this property as one of our favorite rentals so far.
