“落ち着いた雰囲気で値段相応のホテル。周辺に食堂が多いのも良い。駅に近いことも駅利用者にはプラスかも知れない。自分が泊まった部屋の鍵が内側から開けづらく難儀した。”

“I didn’t had electricity in my room.I need to leave hotel 3am during the night, couldn’t change my phone, I showered in the dark not to mention I couldn’t use hairdryer. This hotel is not cheap, and for the price they need to have some kind of backup with electricity, so bad. Also I ordered the wake up call, which I didn't received , in the reception they told me they called me when I left the room, and that was two minutes before my taxi arrived. In general, hotel is Ok, but nothing than that....

“Nothing to complain about, the reception staff expected us and check-in was a breeze, the hotel looked just the photos on Expedia and the staff were very helpful and service-minded. They also have a good restaurant on the bottom floor. A great place to stay in Almaty!”

The breakfast was the most extensive buffet we have ever seen; we were shocked that there had been negative reviews. The location is great. There is a nice park across the street and it’s a short walk to many great sights. ”

“It was a completely terrible stay, they took the money for 4 people and gave me a bed for 2 people and a sofa with a broken leg. They are also very rude and threatening people. Definitely stay away. I wouldn't recommend it to anyone. Tamamen berbat bir konaklama, 4 kişilik parası alıp 2 kişilik yatak ve ayağı kırık bir koltuk verdiler ayrıca oldukça kaba ve tehditkar insanlar. Kesinlikle uzak durun. Kimseye tavsiye etmem.”

“Прекрасный отель. Даже не смотрите по сторонам. В самом лучшем месте Алматы, до Достык Плазы 700 метров. Персонал очень вежливый и помогает во всем. Завтраки приносят в номер во сколько вы пожелаете. Даже местные на геликах и других дорогих машинах в этом отеле останавливаются. Вообщем цена качество просто супер. Особенная благодарность Ансару ”

“The Plaza Hotel is a decent place to stay in Almaty. The rooms are clean, well equipped and comfortable. The breakfast is good but not amazing but as it’s a buffet I’m sure there’s plenty there to satisfy everyone. It’s not the most central hotel but the area around is safe and the river makes orientating yourself in the city quite easy. Get Yandex Go the ex-Soviet equivalent of Uber and getting around costs next to nothing and is very quick and efficient. Would I stay here again? Absolutely!...

“All and all this is a great hotel. It got this certain kind of glow that comes with it`s history and the fact that its practically a landmark in Almaty, everyone in town knows about it. The skybar food was great. The resturant on 2nd floor, where brakefast is served duing morning was mediocre at best. I have to mention the skybar once more, the meat there is fabtastic. However the hotel lacks the details that makes a 5-star hotel earn it`s stars. One example is the shower. I stayed in a...
