“Property is old and run down, the lobby is very nice; but the rooms you can tell have seen some wear and tear. Our bedroom lamps were broken and being held up with black tape; the fridge barely cooled, microwave was in poor condition, the shower head was broken and shower curtain all tattered and ripped. Not was I was expecting from a Hampton.”

“You get what you pay for. I was only sleeping and leaving so I didn’t want to pay a lot for a room. They should reconsider placing someone with a dog right by the front entrance. Every single person walking in made my dog jump up and start growling. Then at 4:30am there were extremely loud people stomping and talking in the hall so that was the end of my little bit of sleep. There were a lot of repairs needed, broken tiles, missing back of the tv remote, toilet paper roll falls off the holder...

“My stay at this hotel was extremely disappointing. From the moment I arrived, the experience was negative. The staff was rude, unprofessional, and treated me as if I had done something wrong. I was spoken to harshly and felt embarrassed by the way I was treated in front of other guests. “I would highly recommend NOT staying at this property! There is NO front desk or front desk person! Instead there is a sign on where the front desk should be saying to go to room 135 for security! No one to help on the property!
The towels are old.rough, and do NOT dry off anything!
The bed is a mattress on a cheap metal frame similar to the frame on a fold out sofa!”

“Staff did not seem to care for their job, we were handed a piece of paper with 3 different room numbers & told to go physically check them before picking one. Upon checking the rooms, they were filthy with roaches and the doors were left open so anyone could have entered prior to us. The bed accommodations did not match what we had booked and the pictures on the website are nothing like the property. People of all natures are walking about the whole time, there was yelling from the neighbors...
